We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, close to many attractions and the port to visit nearby islands. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, always smiling and ready to assist with any request. The housekeeping was top-notch, our room was clean and tidy every day. We were pleased with the room amenities, including the air conditioning and the comfortable beds. The hotel also had a lovely rooftop pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views.
We highly recommend this hotel to families.

The cleanliness was great, with towels and bed linen changed daily. The wifi was excellent, perfect for my online work. The location was great, near the zocalo, stores, restaurants, and the sea. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to leave my bags after check-out. The rooftop pool was a wonderful bonus, and the rooms were affordable.
